Vidcognition ("the Service") is an AI-powered phone receptionist platform operated by the operator of vidcognition.com ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using vidcognition.com, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent. By using the Service, you confirm you meet these requirements.
Vidcognition provides AI agents that answer phone calls on your behalf. Optionally, you may connect your Google Calendar to allow agents to check your availability and book appointments. The Service is provided "as is" and features may change at any time.
If you connect a Google Calendar account, you authorize Vidcognition to:
We access your Google Calendar data solely to provide the booking feature. We do not sell, share, or use your Google Calendar data for any other purpose. You can revoke access at any time via your Google Account permissions. Revoking access disables the calendar booking feature but does not delete your Vidcognition account.
Vidcognition's use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at vidcognition@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations without notice.
Calls handled by Vidcognition agents may be recorded for quality and functionality purposes. You are solely responsible for ensuring that call recording complies with the laws of your jurisdiction and obtaining any required consent from callers before using the Service.
All content, branding, and software comprising the Service are owned by or licensed to us. You retain ownership of any content you upload or configure (e.g., agent scripts). You grant us a limited license to use that content solely to operate the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. AI agents may make errors; you are responsible for reviewing agent behavior.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost revenue, missed appointments, or data loss. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights (including caller rights).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of vidcognition.com is established. For users in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting vidcognition@gmail.com.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details or contact us at vidcognition@gmail.com.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
